Couples therapy offers a valuable opportunity for you and your partner to reconnect and repair emotional bonds through structured, evidence-based processes. These sessions utilize the AEDP framework and Gottman Methods, promoting safety, attunement, and vulnerability. Additionally, for those interested, this process can serve as a space to invite and explore meaning and faith.
Our psychotherapy services are available for a 45-minute session at a fee of $250.

Professional Pastoral Supervision in the context of ministry workers begins with the conviction that how we care matters as much as what we offer. Whether you're seeking psychotherapy services, couples therapy, or guidance in your ministry, we value the importance of connection and care.

Through an embedded, trauma-informed approach, I provide confidential counselling, including options for couples therapy, leadership support, and team development grounded in AEDP and relational frameworks. My psychotherapy services help workplaces respond to stress, strengthen trust, and cultivate cultures where people can remain both effective and fully human.
Variable Cost
Reduced Fees
While counselling is not covered by Medicare, I am committed to making counselling as accessible as possible. If you have a current GP Mental Health Care Plan or hold a Centrelink Low Income Health Care Card, you are eligible for a 20% reduced fee on counselling fees. This reduction ensures that financial hardship does not prevent you from receiving important support, including psychotherapy services. In line with the way Medicare rebates operate, this concession can be applied for up to 6–10 sessions per year, depending on your circumstances.

Cancelation Policy
I understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable, and there may be instances when you need to reschedule or cancel your couples therapy session. If this occurs, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice so I can offer that appointment time to someone else who may be awaiting support through my psychotherapy services.
Because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, please note that cancellations will incur counselling fees. This policy ensures that I can maintain sustainable sessions and remain available for all clients in need of support.
